Vinification: afterdestemming, from the crushed grapes a must is obtained which is cooled to 8C to extract the primary aromas, followed by a static clarification with control of the fermentation temperature at 15C.C.

Smell:fine, delicately fruity bouquet with hints of yellow and exotic fruit
Taste: delicate with notes of apple, banana and pineapple, supported by an excellent acidity that enhances its freshnessa
