Zucchini stuffed with baked raw ham
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 2 courgettes
- 100 g Sliced raw hame)
- 1 small smoked scamorza cheese cut into squares
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Olive oil q.s.
- 2 beaten eggs
PREPARATION
Wash the courgettes and remove the two ends. After that, cut them into thin slices, but with a certain thickness.
Cut the courgettes, cook them briefly on the plate.
In a bowl put the breadcrumbs with a teaspoon of Parmesan and salt and pour everything into a plate.
Now, arrange the courgette slices on a table: stuff them with provolone and prosciutto and close everything in a roll with a toothpick.
Once the roll is ready, dip it first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the rolls thus made on a baking tray, already prepared with parchment paper, after which make a pass of oil and one of salt.
Cook in the oven at 180 for about 10-15 minutes..
Take them out and serve them hot.
